This application is filed by the original claimants for condonation of delay in filing of the application for restoration of the appeal against respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and for permission to issue notice by publication in daily News Paper.

Learned counsel for two different insurance companies have no objections for condonation of delay. Therefore, delay is condoned.

Dismissal order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) in First Appeal No. 48 of 2006 against respondent Nos. 1 and 3 is set aside.

Appeal is restored against them to its original position.

Issue fresh notice to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 by publishing notice in widely circulated news papers in Raipur and Indore.

Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer clause B, C and D.
