PER COURT:

1] Mr. Kalani, learned counsel submits that 3 times, notices were issued by the Municipal Council, now Corporation. However, no further concrete steps were taken by the Municipal Corporation for removal of unauthorized construction. An affidavit is filed stating that the said notice issued by the Corporation was assailed by the respondent nos. 4 and 5 before the Civil Court and Status-quo is granted.

2] In view of that, no orders can be passed in the present petition. In case, some orders are passed by the Civil Court, parties and the Corporation would act in tune with the orders passed by the Civil Court. 3] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
