It is a case of offences punishable under Sections 325, 323, 504, 506, 269, 270 and 188 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The matter has been amicably settled between the applicants (accused) on one hand and the respondent (informant/injured) on the other. They are from one and the same family.

Although learned APP has reservations to allow this application, with a view to give peace a chance, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (B).
