This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No. 1 Sharnappa Mallikarjunappa Rajure who is stated to have died on 08.12.1996. The application has been filed on 03.04.1997.

Learned advocate Mr. Gundare for the proposed respondents strongly opposes the request.

The learned advocate Mr. Deshpande for the applicant, on instructions, submits that though the respondent No. 1/1 is reported to be dead she is survived by the respondent Nos. 1/2 to 1/9 who are her legal representatives. He, therefore, prays that applicants may be permitted to delete her name.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the meager delay, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
