Learned counsel submits that tribe validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner has completed B. Tech. The validation proceeding is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22.02.2021. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceedings, preferably within three months considering that the petitioner has completed his B. Tech and would require validity certificate for further education.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
