Civil Application has been preferred for recalling the order dated 05.12.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the writ petition for non removal of office objection and for condonation of delay of 17 days caused in filing the present Civil application.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 17 days stands condoned. Let the office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today. Upon the office objections being removed, the writ petition be

restored to its original position. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
