Taking into consideration the nature of challenge in the present first appeals, the present applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, together with upto-date proportionate accrued interest, upon executing an undertaking in each of the case by the respective applicant that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed by this Court in the first appeals,

ca2012-2013-2015 they would refund the amount now allowed to be withdrawn within a period of four months from the date of such order.

Both the present applications accordingly stand disposed of.
