The applicant who is one of the accused in Crime No.I-154 of 2015, registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant has filed an affidavit indicating that her matrimonial dispute with her husband is now over and she has no objection if the complaint is quashed as against the present applicants.
