Considering the challenge in the present appeal and finding that the final hearing of the appeal may take time, as some of the respondents are yet to be served, the present application is partly allowed. 3.
The applicants would be at liberty to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the Office of the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act, upon execution of an undertaking before the Commissioner that, in case any order adverse to their interest is
CA-1453-2015 passed, they would refund the same within a period of four weeks from the date of said order. Balance of the amount be invested in the fixed deposit of any nationalized bank as per the usual practice.
