In the writ petition, the notice has not yet been issued. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after filing of the petition, subsequently, the order is issued on 7th October, 2020 granting permission for transfer/shifting of the licence in favour of respondent No. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out immediately. The Civil Application is disposed of. 3.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 1st March, 2021.
