We have heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned Advocate for non-applicants.

This is an application for amendment. The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and learned Advocate Mr. Barde for respondent No. 5 oppose the application on the ground that the application is filed to prolong the matter. 3.

There are some communications, which are sought to be placed on record and same are sought to be assailed, hence for the reasons stated in the application, we allow the application for amendment in terms of prayer clause "B".

The Civil Application is disposed of.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of (14) days from the date of this order. Failure to carry out the amendment within (14) days would entail rejection of the application. 6.

If the amendment is carried out within a period of (14) days, respondents are at liberty to file additional affidavit. Additional affidavit may be filed on or before 28-02-2022.

Place the matter for hearing on 15th March, 2022. No further adjournment would be granted. If adjournment is sought on the said date, the Court would be constrained to proceed for vacating the interim orders.

All Civil applications for intervention shall be considered along with writ petition.
