Learned advocate for the applicants / petitioners submits that in the proceedings before Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal as well as in impugned order reference to name of applicant No.1 is being made as "Govindrao Madhavrao Kendre" whereas in original proceedings he is referred to as "Govindrao Madhavrao Kendre (Kabir)" and requests that applicants be permitted to mention name of applicant No.1 as "Govindrao Madhavrao Kendre (Kabir)".

Other side has no objection for carrying out such correction. 3.

As such, name of applicant No. 1 / petitioner No. 1 be shown as "Govindrao Madhavrao Kendre (Kabir)".
