This civil application is taken out seeking leave of this Court to permit the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangamner to deliver the judgment in Regular Civil Suit No.344 of 2004. Leave is sought on account of order passed by this Court on 14.01.2009.

Both Mr. Shinde and Mr. Wani admit the position that the hearing in the suit is completed and the Trial Court is unable to pronounce the judgment on account of order passed by this Court on 14.01.2009.

Considering the above situation, the Civil Application is allowed and Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangamner is granted leave to pronounce and deliver the judgment in Regular Civil Suit No.344 of 2004.
