1] Heard. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a revision against the order of the Collector, directing to pay Nazrana as per the valuation of the year 2014. The petitioner has filed an application in the year 2005 contending that the valuation should be of the year the application is filed.

2] Learned AGP submits that the authority would decide the revision on its own merit.

3] As revision is filed by the petitioner, we are not inclined to consider the case of the petitioner on merits. Interest of justice would be sub served by passing the following order :- [a] The State/Authority where revision is filed and pending,shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within 8 months.
