The petition is at an premature stage. Notification for making appointment to the post of Police Patil at villages Lalwandi and Aaorola, Tq. Naygaon, Dist. Nanded has not yet been issued. 2.

Petitioners claim to be the legal heirs of deceased Police Patil and claim their entitlement on the strength of the Government Resolution dated 20.04.2009. Petitioners being the legal heirs are entitled to be preferred however, there is no stipulation in the policy that petitioners only shall be considered for appointment in exclusion of other applicants. It would be open for the petitioners to tender application as when when respondents decide to issue notification. In the event of failure of petitioners to secure
