1] The applicant has moved this application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount.

2] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the cheque was prepared for depositing the amount in terms of the order passed; however, the cheque was drawn in respect of the another appeal. Due to mistake made the cheque could not be deposited within time. It is submitted that the amount in terms of earlier order shall be deposited within six weeks.
