Since long none appears for the petitioners. On 30.09.2025 and 01.12.2025 also none appeared for the petitioners. 2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the record of petitioner no.1's name was not found by the Committee. The claim of petitioner no.3 and petitioner no.4 is already invalidated by order dated 29.04.2025. 3.

On instructions from Dhule, Nandurbar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Nashik Committee, learned A.G.P. submits that the claim of petitioner no.2 is not pending before any of these Committees. 4.

In the light of above and as nobody represents the petitioners, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosectuion. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
