Applicant seeks to recall conditional order dated 10.01.2025, by which Revision Application came to be dismissed for non supply of copies for issuance of notice to the respondents. Learned Advocate submits that she would immediately supply copies.

Considering submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in application, the application stands allowed.

The order dated 10.01.2025 stands recalled on condition that applicant shall supply the copies during course of the day.

Once the copies are supplied, issue notice to the respondent Nos. 2 to 6, returnable on 21.02.2025. 6.

In addition to Court notice, applicant is at liberty to serve respondent Nos. 2 to 6 by any alternate mode of service as is permissible under the law and file affidavit of service to that effect before returnable date.
