Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, as also, learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the question involved in the petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench in the case of Rajesh Marutirao Suryawanshi vs State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 1785 of 2017 decided on 4th May, 2017. Having regard to the aforesaid as agreed by learned Counsel for the parties, we are disposing the writ petitions by passing the following order.

O R D E R

(a) The respondent No. 6 shall forward the proposal/application of the petitioners seeking

(3) voluntary retirement dated 2nd September, 2016 ( in respect of petitioner in W.P. No.1727 of 2017) and dated 7th September, 2016, 2nd September, 2016 and 10th September, 2016 (in respect of respective petitioners in W.P. No.3115 of 2017) to the competent authority. On receipt of the same, the competent authority shall take decision upon it in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of submission of said proposal.

(b) Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
