CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1977 OF 2024 :

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent sole on record. There is a delay of 138 days and a prayer is also made for condoning the said delay.

Having regard to the contents of the application which are supported by affirmation, I am inclined to condone the delay of 138 days caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent sole on record.

The civil application is allowed, delay is condoned and permission is granted to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent sole on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
