The petitioner is rendering services with the respondents and he is physically challenged person. He is claiming transport allowance by making representation dated 01.01.2021, which is yet to be considered and decided.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that they would consider the representation on its own merit. 4.

We dispose of this writ petition with a direction that the representation shall be considered by respondent nos.2 to 4 on its own merit and the policy prevailing. The decision shall be taken within three weeks from today.
