Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that Petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw Petition with liberty that at appropriate stage of the proceedings he may be permitted to move application for raising grievance in respect of documents pertaining to the loan customer no. 417PMTFW265988.

Perusal of the impugned order shows that request of the Petitioner/Accused is not out rightly rejected by the trial Court. It is always open for the accused to take appropriate steps to bring relevant evidence on record. By keeping the said issue open, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
