Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant has a case that he has been arrested only on suspicion. The cause of death is also not the direct result of the injuries sustained to him. The false recovery of clothes was shown against him. The applicant has no concerned with the deceased. It is not in dispute that the deceased was addicted to Ganja and he was living his life as Sanyasi. Considering the papers placed before the Court, there are no sufficient circumstances to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SHUBHAM GORAKH PAWAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.493 of 2022, registered by Police Station Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
