This is an application seeking withdrawal of compensation.

Other side has objected for the withdrawal of the amount. 3.

Perused the impugned judgment and award. S.L.O. has granted compensation at the rate of Rs. 67,000/- per hector. The reference Court has enhanced compensation @ 2737 rupees per R i.e. Rs. 19,500/- per Acre. It reveals that the Reference Court has relied on some sale instances, as referred in paragraph 19 of the impugned judgment.

In view of that the applicants are permitted to withdraw

19ca1991.22 75% of the amount, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Civil Application is disposed of.
