Mr. Wagh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had approached the State for extension of contract and in the alternative for refund of the amount. The same is not yet decided though filed on 21.10.2016.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and submits that in accordance with law the authority would decide the application of the petitioner in case the same is pending.

In case application filed by the petitioner is pending before the respondent, then the respondent authority shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within three months. The petitioner may appear before the authority to put forth his grievance.
