There is no policy framed by the State directing enhancement in retirement age of the employees except Medical Officers functioning in the Health Department, and as such request made by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration. Apart from this, the earlier petition presented by the petitioner being Writ Petition No. 1124 of 2016 was permitted to be withdrawn without liberty and as such, the instant petition is not entertainable.
