Considering the anomalous situation, the Director of Education (Primary) shall consider the vacancies available with respective Zilla Parishads and shall take decision with regard to the posting of the petitioner at a particular Zilla Parishad on its own merits. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today.
