By order dated 05.01.2022 the applicant was directed to serve the copy of the civil application to the respondent by private notice. The applicant had dispatched the copy of the civil application to the respondent through Speed Post and the affidavit of service filed shows that it has been refused by the respondent.

This civil application has been preferred for restoration of the writ petition for non-removal of the office objections by order dated 23.11.2022.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed. Let the office objections be removed within a period of three weeks from today. Upon office objections be removed, writ petition be restored to its original file. 4.
