The present application is moved for stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, in L.A.R.No. 6 of 2010 dated 4th October, 2014.

It has been submitted that the entire decreetal amount has already been deposited in this Court. Therefore, there is no propriety to keep the present matter pending and same be disposed of. 4.

In view of submission on behalf of applicant- Acquiring Body, there is no propriety to deal with present application for stay in this appeal. Hence, application for stay stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to the costs.
