1] Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the NA Taxes have been paid by the citizens and further submits that recently, the State Government has come out with a policy of granting concession to the properties situated within the city. 2] In the light of the above, the issue has remained only academic. 3] In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of, keeping all contentions raised in the petition open.
