2. The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No1-A Kashinath Hari Jadhav, who

3. There is no strong objection from other side, as such the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). Leave is also granted to add other claimants as per the application filed before the learned Reference Court.

4. The appellants/claimants are directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
