However, there is delay of 875 days in filing the Cross Objection and little over three years in seeking circulation of the application. Therefore, the applicants shall not be entitled for component of interest for delayed period.

However, as there was pandemic, period of little over one year in seeking circulation of this application is relaxed therefrom. Learned counsel for the applicants to point out this order when the appeal would be heard finally.
