ORDER:- The applicant Acquiring Body, who is the original appellant, has fled this application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record, who admittedly died on 29.03.2021 as per the death certifcate annexed. As such, though there is delay of 291 days, but considering the right to defend, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) and disposed of accordingly. The applicant Acquiring Body to carry out amendment within the stipulated period.
