Perused the application. The appellant-Insurance Company has already deposited entire decreetal amount in this Court. Moreover, the claimants are also allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount pending the appeal. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to pursue the present application, hence, the same deserves to be disposed of. Accordingly, civil application for stay stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
