The present application is filed for service of notice to respondents no.3-B to to 3-D by way of paper publication, for the reasons set out in detail in the application. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. Perused the report. As per the report, the notice could not be served to the said respondents as they were not found on the address given. 3.

The learned Counsel submits that the applicants are unaware of any other address of the respondents no.3-B to 3-D except the address mentioned in the application.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) subject to payment of publication charges and on condition that the paper wherein the notices are to be published should have wide publication in Pune district.
