Order :- 1.

Mr. Sonpawle, learned AGP submits that this Court under order dated 26th February, 2016 granted stay to the impugned Award subject to payment of entire amount under Award within 12 weeks, however, due to procedural formalities the amount could not be deposited within stipulated period. He further submits that today the cheque of the amount under Award is ready and he is going to deposit the same in the Office and prayed to direct the Office to accept the same and interim relief granted earlier to continue.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, time stands extended by a week from today for depositing the cheque. The Office to accept the cheque presented by applicants.

After deposit of the amount as directed under order dated 26th February, 2016, there shall ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "B" of the civil applications.
