Applicants are sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for one month and to pay fne of Rs. 200/- each, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 days, under Section 353 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and to suffer simple imprisonment for three months and to pay fne of Rs. 300/- each, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 days, under Section 332 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Considering the quantum of sentence and the fact that
- 2 - revision is not likely to come up for hearing in near future, following order is passed:-
ORDER
i) Substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of the revision application.
ii) Each of the applicants be released on PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount.
iii) Bail before the trial Court.
