The learned counsel for the respective applicants is directed to carry out the amendment in CA No.2051 of 2022 forthwith. 2.

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amounts of compensation in both these applications, which have been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

This court in other connected matters has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 70% of the deposited amounts under order dated 03/07/2021. As such the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw their 70% of the deposited amounts i.e. 50% on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar

2 934 ca 2051-22+ (Judicial) of this court and 20% on furnishing solvent security/surety.

The remaining amounts be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till fnal disposal of the appeals. 6.
