We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for respondent. 2.

As per the extant arrangement, the application has been moved seeking permission of this Court for implementation of a Circulatory Resolution dated 08/01/2025 for floating e-tender for purchase of vegetables for applicant Sansthan for the year 2025-26 for which an estimated cost of Rs.3,50,00,000/- is required to be incurred.

It is being usual functioning/service provided for the Sansthan, with a rider that we shall not be taken as granting legitimacy to the Circulatory Resolution being passed by the Ad hoc Committee, this civil application is allowed and the Ad hoc committee is permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dated 08/01/2025, as is prayed for.
