Th acquiring body has preferred the present appeal. The original claimant, namely Gunaji, died during the pendency of this appeal. However, instead of moving an application for bringing the legal representatives by the appellants, the legal representatives of the respondent have filed this application. The appellants were supposed to bring the legal representatives on record and not by the respondent. The learned counsel for the appellants admits that he ought to have applied to bring the legal representatives on record, and now he states that he would take appropriate steps. 3.

Since the application is filed by the wrong persons, the application stands disposed of. The appellant is directed to move an
