Today, the office has produced the matter in chamber pointing out the typographical error in the order dated 26.02.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.412 of 2023. 2.

It is pointed out that in paragraph No.3, in second last line of page No.3 of the said order, word "illegally" has been wrongly mentioned instead of word "legally".

In view of the same, in paragraph No.3, in second last line of page No.3 of the said order, word "illegally" be replaced by word "legally". The order dated 26.02.2025 be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
