In the light of the order dated 09.07.2025, the applicant has filed an affidavit dated 20.07.2025 explaining reasons for delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed for want of removal of office objections. 2.

This court has perused Paragraph Nos. 5 to 8 of the said affidavit dated 20.07.2025. Considering the reasons stated therein, sufficient grounds are made out for condoning the delay and restoring the writ petition.
