Learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal under Rule 13 of the Zilla Parishad (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.

In view of that, though Mr.Thombre, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions kept open.

In case such an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the

appellate authority shall decide the same on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
