PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are working as contractual drivers on honorarium. The Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad has forwarded the proposal to the respondent No.1 for regularization of the services of the petitioner. The same is forwarded on 20.5.2014, however, as yet, no decision has been taken upon the same.

Learned AGP states that, in case said proposal is pending, the respondent no.1 shall decide it expeditiously. We have also heard Mr. Pawar learned counsel for Zilla Parishad.

This Court on 30.1.2015 restrained the respondent from taking any adverse action as proposal for regularization is pending with the Government. 4.

In light of the above, said interim order shall continue till the Government decides the said proposal as directed above. 5.
