We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the purpose it is filed. The petitioner is defeated candidate. According to him, the husband of the elected candidate had participated in the campaign in favour of his wife. According to the petitioner, he could not have campaigned, as he was Zilla Parishad school teacher. The complaint is filed.

The petitioner may prosecute his complaint as may be permissible under law. This Court would not pass any further orders in the matter. It appears to be a personal grievance of the petitioner against a person who was not candidate.
