The Award of the Reference Court is assailed by the State. The Reference Court has awarded compensation to the claimants at the rate of Rs.47,000/- (Rupees forty seven thousand) per acre. The SLAO has awarded compensation at the rate of Rs.40,825/- (Rupees forty thousand eight hundred twenty five only) per hectare for crop I land and at the rate of Rs.48,875/- (Rupees forty eight thousand eight hundred seventy five only) per hectare for crop II lands. Vide order dated 3l.8.2010, I had dismissed appeal bearing F.A.No.1062/2010 arising out of the same acquisition proceedings. Compensation awarded is not much.

Considering above, the First Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
