Heard Mr. Mote, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 2 submits that the medical bills of the petitioner have been referred to the District Civil Surgeon. After the Civil Surgeon verifies the said bills and

( 2 ) wp 3695.17 the disease as per G. R. dated 19.03.2005, then the further steps would be taken with regard to the medical bills of the petitioner. 3.

In the light of the above, as the steps are been taken by the respondent in processing the medical reimbursement bills of the petitioner, no further orders are necessary.
