1] This Court, by order dated 9th July, 2024 in Civil Application No.5141 of 2021, permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,22,389/-.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,22,389/- be transmitted to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani in Special Darkhast No.32/1993.

3] In view of same, the registry is directed to transmit the amount of Rs.2,22,389/- to the Civil Judge
