The application is filed for modification of the order dated 12.10.2010 passed in Civil Application No. 10996/2012. It is stated in the application that though order is passed by this Court on 12th October, 2012 directing the office to transmit the amount to the tribunal and allowing the applicant to withdraw the amount, the said amount is not yet transmitted to the tribunal. The said order be modified and the applicant be allowed to withdraw the amount from this Court itself.

In light of above, the order dated 12th October, 2012 is modified only to the extent that amount may not be transmitted and the applicant is allowed to withdraw 1/2
