The present application is filed by the management for intervention in the petition which is filed by its employee challenging the departmental enquiry.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1/original petitioner opposes the application on the ground that the President of the said management is already party to the petition, as Respondent No.4. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant - management had filed caveat in this Court and despite that the President alone is added as respondent.

In view of above, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out within one week. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.5 - management. Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel waives service of notice for it. List the petition on 29th July, 2025.
